How to deploy SSHwifty from OpenHub


SSHwifty is a modern, web-based SSH and Telnet client that allows you to connect to remote servers directly from your browser. No extra software needed—just launch and connect. It’s the perfect tool for developers, sysadmins, and IT pros seeking quick and secure remote access.


1. Logging into OIKOS#

Access the Platform#

Navigate to OpenHub#

  • On the left sidebar, click on OpenHub to browse available applications.

2. Finding SSHwifty#

Search for the App#

  • Use the search bar at the top and enter SSHwifty.
  • Once it appears in the list, you’re ready to deploy.

3. Deploying SSHwifty#

Start Deployment#

  • Hover over the SSHwifty tile.
  • You will see View Details and Deploy options.
  • Click Deploy to begin.

Deployment in Progress#

  • Wait a few moments while your SSHwifty instance is deployed.
  • When complete, you’ll see the Open App button.

4. Accessing SSHwifty#

Launch the App#

  • Click Open App to access your browser-based SSH/Telnet interface.
